OceanJet announces trip cancellations for maintenance work

OceanJet has officially announced a series of temporary service suspensions affecting multiple routes between Cebu, Palompon, and Getafe. The cancellations are due to scheduled preventive maintenance works aimed at ensuring vessel safety and operational efficiency.
Affected schedules
The service disruptions will commence on March 20, 2026, with the following trips cancelled:
- Cebu to Palompon: 10:00 AM
- Palompon to Cebu: 1:30 PM
- Cebu to Getafe: 6:45 PM
Starting March 21, 2026, and continuing until further notice, the following schedule will be suspended:
- Getafe to Cebu: 6:30 AM
- Cebu to Palompon: 10:00 AM
- Palompon to Cebu: 1:30 PM
- Cebu to Getafe: 6:45 PM
Passenger assistance
Travelers affected by these cancellations are entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling of their tickets. The operator advises passengers to visit their nearest ticketing office to process these requests immediately.
